Welcome to DNA BEAUTY. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality beauty products and excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the product

• A brief description of the issue

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used beauty products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products returned without prior approval

• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), DNA BEAUTY will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
