• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2–5 business days

• GCC Countries: 5–10 business days

• International Orders: 7–15 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged package and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
